A Teenager's book

I was recently looking through my past school papers and such and I found something rather interesting. When I was about 11 or 12 I started writing a book. It took me a couple months and ended as more of a short story only 33 pages, but I was very excited because to me that seemed like a ton. I've decided to post that story a few chapters at a time for your enjoyment. Please remember I wrote this a long time ago and I haven't gone over it since then so it will be a little uh, rusty...
